About Me

I am a process professional who aims to support individuals, groups, and organizations in their just endeavors by offering facilitation and mentorship that values the experience, imagination and knowledge of all who are involved. I have worked at the intersection of education, creativity, mental health, and community development for over fifteen years. My mission is to build communities wherein everyone has the opportunity for dignity, growth, and self-expression.

I am informed by my family, experiences with nature and the performing arts, the youth empowerment community, social justice and solidarity activists and practitioners, peacebuilding movements, and everyone I have mentored or counseled, as well as those who’ve mentored and counseled me. I identify as a cis-gender woman with Ashkenazi and Anglo-Saxon roots, as well as a dancer, healer, and gender expansionist. I was born, raised, and currently live on the beautiful and stolen lands of the Coast Salish tribes, now most commonly known as the greater Seattle area.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree, and a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Justice. I work part-time as a therapist for teens and young adults. When I’m not taking myself so seriously, I am playing theater games, making photo collages, and learning how to garden.
