Invoking the Imagination

Inspiring people to reflect and vision anew by helping them access their creativity

Play and creative expression are essential to human development and problem-solving, but are often overlooked in Western cultures.  In fact, it is often through these mediums that we best learn, understand ourselves and each other, and innovate to respond to changing circumstances. Whether we think of ourselves as “creative” or not, everyone has the capacity to access their imagination and to create new solutions. I can help people tap more easily into their creative capacity for a multitude of purposes.

Oftentimes we feel stuck. Maybe our strategy for a problem just isn’t working anymore, or the verve is no longer perceptible within ourselves or our team, or our team just isn’t working very well together. I help people use creative play and expression to unlock new pathways forward.

Participants say:

“[I enjoyed] the energy, the creativity, the tone and support of the facilitators, and the chance to connect, let down barriers, and play.”

“This workshop was a mindfulness moment, and also gave me ideas and refreshed my old ones in order to be more creative in this critical moment.”

“The difference now is… a sense of liberation, of being free. It’s something embodied – you can feel it in your body… that’s it! It’s an embodied liberation.”

“If you want to oppress a people, oppress their imagination. If you want to liberate a people, liberate their imagination.”
